According to reports, Liverpool is seriously considering pursuing Crystal Palace defender Marc Guehi this summer.

The Mirror claims that when Liverpool finally decides on their top defensive target, they could choose to go for Guehi.
After leaving Chelsea in 2021, the 23-year-old has had great success at Palace and has established himself as a mainstay in the England team throughout that time.
During his two and a half years at Selhurst Park, Guehi has made 106 appearances overall, scoring five goals and dishing out two assists while establishing himself as Palace’s main man.
However, given that the Eagles are now in the bottom half of the Premier League standings, it is very improbable that he would extend his contract into 2026.
It has previously been suggested that a player who has also been linked to a move to Manchester United would fetch a cost of about £60 million.
Although it seems very improbable that the Blues would contemplate selling a player who has maintained a regular berth in the starting lineup since returning from a loan with Brighton & Hove Albion, Liverpool has reportedly had a long-standing interest in Chelsea’s Levi Colwill.
